- The NYSE Bullish index has gone to it’s 2009 highs at 75%.
- Bullish percent levels above 70% are considered overbought, while levels below 30% are considered oversold as indicated from the March 9th numbers.
This does set a very cautious tone for me going forward. Will pull out of the market as soon as the first signs emerge. But as of now, I still believe we can still go higher.
